The TVK uses the personal data provided by members exclusively for purposes related to statutory activities: the sending of newsletters and magazines, the organization of events, the collection of contributions and costs for events, the facilitation and promotion of contacts between members and the keeping a database of Trintel's and Trintella's and their history.

When entering into a membership, a member conforms to the articles of association of the association (which you can find on the website) and thus also to the collection and processing of the personal data that are required in the context thereof.

Photos are regularly taken during meetings. The TVK can publish these photos without prior permission on the restricted area of the website. At your request, TVK will delete photos on which you are pictured.

Technical and owner data stored in the TVK database are saved without an end date. Insofar as it is important for contacting a (former) owner, therefore, personal data that is essential is also stored.

The privacy policy of the Trintella Vriendenkring also means that the members will respect the privacy of fellow members and will not share personal and ship data with third parties without permission.

Website

The website of the TVK is secured. The TVK uses anonimised cookies. Information about your visit from the TVK website is kept. This data is used for analyzes of visitor and click behavior on the website. The TVK uses this information to check and improve the operation of the website and does not provide it to third parties.

The TVK uses Google Analytics. Google recieves our IP data anonimised. The collected data are stored on servers in the United States. Read Google's privacy policy for more information.The TVK has not given Google permission to use Analytics information obtained via the TVK website for other Google services.

TVK Newsletter

The TVK uses the TVK Newsletter exclusively for internal communication.  When we make and transmit the TVK Newsletter, we use the services of MailChimp. Your use of the TVK newsletter collects data that are used for analysis of visitor and click behavior. The TVK uses this information to check and improve the operation of the newsletter and does not provide it to third parties.
